Agree, SEOMoz is an excellent tool to use, especially to assess rival sites. For my own keyword research though I use Market Samurai.

“Spying on Your Competitors” and don’t forget to copy their backlink LOL… I always do that, just search my competitors at alexa and copy all backlink from their list info. another tools can seen backlink, i used backlinkwatch.com to seen high backlink from their site.
